What happens

   You send the request

   It is recorded as pending. Nothing is deleted at this point.

2. 2

   We call the number

   The website has no accounts, so a call is how we check the request really comes from the number's owner.

3. 3

   We delete the enquiries

   Once you confirm, every enquiry held for that number is deleted. We keep only a record that a deletion was made, without the number.

Copies in our database provider's backups, if it keeps any, are removed on that provider's schedule, not at once. You can also ask us directly: educarebpd26@gmail.com.
